A. Without knowing the full details of your situation. I would recommend that you formally confirm your agreement with your employees and make certain they fully understand their duties and responsibilities. In addition, ensure they understand and follow the company behavior standards and what needs to be accomplished every day for the company to achieve success. Install a formal evaluation and employee counseling program. You may have some turnover if you have not installed these programs in the company prior to makeing changes.
